It is important to remain vigilant and verify any account claiming to represent the American Communist Party.

Bad faith actors, operating with the intent to cause harm toward our Party’s reputation, often resort to falsely associating non-affiliated accounts with our Party. Some will even go as far as impersonating the Party by creating fake accounts meant to discredit our Party.

Such is the dishonorable and contemptible nature of our enemies, who lack the legitimate means to oppose us and instead rely on outright deceit to sustain their false accusations.

All affiliated ACP Chapter accounts on X are cryptographically verified, publicly listed on our website, and followed by @ACPMain. Furthermore, all public signatures can be authenticated through our secure verification system at http://acp.us/verify-message.

Accounts that do not fulfill the above criteria attempting to officially represent the Party should be automatically regarded as imposters and reported.

The Party reserves its right to pursue all legal avenues available to us to protect our rights, reputation and the integrity of our name. We will take decisive action against any and all individuals or entities engaged in the unauthorized use of our name, likeness, or any misrepresentation of our positions and activities.
