New recruits to the American Communist Party join as Reserve Members where they begin the process of cadrefication through organized Marxist–Leninist education and real-world practical work.

Members who complete the cadrefication process and maintain a high level of contribution to Party work earn the right to participate in Party democracy and publicly represent themselves as Communist Party members.

The Party blockchain ledger records those members who have achieved Cadre status and enables Cadre Members to publicly prove their status using secure, unforgeable cryptographic signatures.
