Acceptance of Terms

By joining, donating to, or paying dues to the American Communist Party (“ACP,” “the Party,” “we,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and affirmatively agreed to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Payment of dues or donations constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms, whether completed online, via third-party payment processor, or through any ACP-affiliated platform.

Nature of Membership and Dues

ACP is a voluntary political organization. Membership dues are not payments for goods or services, but contributions supporting the Party’s political, educational, and organizational activities.

Membership does not guarantee:

  • Voting rights
  • Leadership positions
  • Continued membership status
  • Access to internal platforms or communications

ACP reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Dues and Contributions

All membership dues, donations, and contributions to ACP are final and non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you expressly waive any right to a refund, including chargebacks or payment disputes, except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

ACP reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership associated with disputed payments, consistent with applicable law.

Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments may be processed through verified third-party platforms. ACP is not responsible for the policies, errors, or technical limitations of such providers.

Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms prior to payment, regardless of the platform used.

Member Conduct

Members agree not to:

  • Misrepresent affiliation with ACP
  • Act in a manner harmful to the Party
  • Use Party platforms for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

Modification of Terms

ACP may modify these Terms at any time. Continued membership or payment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms govern financial transactions only and do not supersede ACP’s Constitution or internal governance procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
