US Regime Outrages American Public
In light of the recent events in Minneapolis, the American Communist Party regards it as necessary to present its position in the spirit of Party independence. Neither the Democratic nor Republican Party — nor the ‘conflict’ between them — has any authority in defining the position of the Communist Party. Our position is premised on a full, unequivocal and principled rejection of the duopoly system and the gerrymandering of the public into two teams playing the same Zionist game of eroding the popular sovereignty and constitutional rights of the American people from different zones of the same field. The recent wanton acts of piracy and aggression of the US regime, both in Venezuela and in international waters, clearly reflects the following: the US regime lacks all moral authority and legitimates its rule on the basis of force alone. Our Party has been clear and unequivocal in previous statements that foreign imperialist aggression inevitably corresponds to the erosion of sovereignty and rights domestically. To paraphrase Lenin, a nation which oppresses other nations cannot itself be free. Recent events in Minneapolis involving the cold-blooded murder by ICE agents of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good — a mother of three and Legal Observer tasked with protecting the lawful and constitutional rights of demonstrators — nakedly reveals the domestic significance of US regime’s fascist foreign aggression. Our Party has been steadfast in its opposition to the gross expansion of extra-constitutional agencies like ICE. The Trump administration and its propagandists would have us believe that Good was somehow a dangerous and violent rioter. A cursory observation of facts and consideration of common sense contradicts this. The American public sees right past such lies. This overall tendency of the US regime to transition into an open, fascist dictatorship and police state is constant across all contemporary US administrations whether Democratic or Republican. Under both the Biden and now Trump administrations, the American Communist Party has consistently advocated for the defense of the constitutional rights and liberties of the American people against this tendency. The long-term erosion and degradation of the rights and sovereignty of the American people is bipartisan, as are the recipients of US regime terror. Americans should not allow false duopoly narratives and ‘team sports’ politics to get in the way of correctly condemning this outrageous violation of the rights of the American public. Regardless of anyone’s views on immigration, Americans have the lawful right to protest policies undertaken by the federal government. That ICE, an extra-constitutional body, murdered a Legal Observer is especially significant. Some attempt to argue that Trump was elected on a popular mandate to forcibly remove immigrants, and therefore, demonstrators have no right to protest ICE. This argument is false on two accounts: Firstly, what Trump promised the American public was that the government would target and remove violent criminals, drug dealers, and gangs who entered the US illegally. It is natural that the American public is outraged at the inhumane excesses and brutality of ICE in targeting peaceful, otherwise law-abiding members of communities across America. As the cold-blooded murder of Renee Nicole Good proves, the far-reaching, wide, and extra-constitutional employment of powers by ICE violates not only the rights of immigrants but also US citizens. Secondly, even if ICE were carrying out a truly popular mandate, American citizens would still have the lawful right to demonstrate against it. It should come as no surprise that the American public rejects the US regime. This regime has lost all moral authority and openly claims to rule by brute force alone, independent of the founding principles upon which our Republic is supposed to stand. This tendency accelerates the inevitable breakdown of the United States itself. The events in Minneapolis reflect the real conditions of the irreparable systemic dysfunction which will ultimately lead to a second American civil war. The American Communist Party rejects the system of legalized slavery and mass immigration. However, it also rejects the growth of the police state and the criminal, extra-constitutional tendencies of the US regime whether under a Democrat or Republican administration. In our Party’s view, the root causes of mass immigration lie in the dictatorship of the capitalist class. Only through the establishment of a worker’s republic and socialist planned economics can the flow of populations be managed on a rational and orderly basis. The Zionist-controlled Trump administration will certainly attempt to frame the coming events around the question of mass immigration, “antifa,” the Democratic Party, etc. The American public, increasingly united on a common basis against the Epstein regime, must come together and oppose any pretext for the further erosion of our constitutional rights and liberties. The American people must unite across Party lines on the basis of a genuine restoration of popular sovereignty and an ending to the occupation of the American people by the unelected Imperialist-Zionist-Bankster police state machine.
